偶然に隣の一戸建てが売りに出ましたのでご購入頂きました。
隣接の物件が売りに出た時は倍の価格でも買った方が良いとは昔から言われていますが、さすがに倍の値段は言い過ぎでちゃんとした相場の価格で購入頂きました。 
特に急いで入り用もないという事と建物は古かったですがリフォームしている部分もあり、まだ使用できるという事で物置兼子供部屋として使用する事になりました。
しかしながら隣同士でも玄関を出て隣の玄関から入るというのも手間がかかるという事で現在ある勝手口から隣の敷地に入りやすいようにして欲しいというご依頼を頂きました。
隣同士それほど距離はありませんが塀や壁がありますので解体しドアを新設する工事を行います。 奈良のリフォーム
