築４０年以上になるシャッターガレージの屋根張替え依頼です。
築４０年以上経過
していますがまだまだ使用可能です。
しかし屋根については老朽化が進んできているようです。シャッターガレージの利点はカーポートと違い確実に雨がしのげる点にあると思いますが雨漏りがあると意味がありません。
現在雨漏りはしていませんが賃貸に出している事もあり万が一雨漏りをしてしまうとガレージ中のものが濡れる心配がありますので早めに対処します。
