広陵町大野にて土地をご成約頂きました。出産を真近に控えて物件をお探しになられてましたご夫婦が広陵町大野にある複数区画の開発現場内にて土地をお求め頂きました。
既に建物を建てるハウスメーカーは決めておられ建築条件なしの土地をお探しになられてました。日当たりも良く前面道路も６ｍあり開発現場内なので車の通行も少なく子供を外で遊ばせておけるこちらの物件をお求め頂きました。既に４月にご契約を済ませており出産後に決済をさせて頂きました。これから着工に入られます。
