橿原市古川町にある現況田の農地の売買が完了しました。写真は田植えの時期の写真ですが、この時期に田の売買にてご契約させて頂きました。数ヶ月かかりましたが太陽光発電施設用地として農地法の許可が下りましたのでお引渡しを完了させて頂きました。道路との高低差がある農地ですが土地の造成をせずにそのままの高さで太陽光パネルを並べられるようです。南側も農地なので日当たりは良いですね。
