橿原市菖蒲町３丁目にて建物解体工事と駐車場工事をご依頼頂きました。先日橿原市菖蒲町３丁目にて古家付土地をご購入頂きましたお客様から購入された土地の上にある建物の解体工事と車が駐車できるようにしたいとのご依頼を頂きました。
ご購入された物件は道路から１ｍちょっと上がってましたので車が駐車できるスペース分の土地をすきとりブロックで土留めをしました。植栽も撤去してしまうと外から見えやすくなるので一部植栽は依頼者と相談して残すことにしました。また費用安く抑えたいとのご依頼でしたので擁壁工事ではなくブロックで土留めをすることになりました。ただしこの土留めは建物建築時には擁壁工事をやり直さないといけませんがご理解のうえ工事をさせて頂きました。
