今年は新型コロナの自粛もあり自粛する夏休みでした。ゴールデンウィークから長期の休みは自粛しております。
そんな中家族でピザ窯をつくろうという話があがりピザ窯制作キットを購入し休みの日や時間のある時にコツコツと続けてました。５月のゴールデンウィークから制作を始めて現在このような状況です。窯自体はできあがったいるので一度試しにピザを焼いてみました。
最初は何もわからず炭を投入し熱してみましたが全然温度が上がらず失敗しました。薪を投入し熱してみますと目標の３００度まで上がりピザがすぐ焼きあがりました。８月のお盆休み現在は土台のブロックにこれまたコツコツですがレンガ調のタイルを貼ってますが完成していません。
