奈良県橿原市小綱町にて一戸建て物件を売買にてご成約頂きました。奈良県橿原市小綱町にある大和八木駅徒歩圏に立地する古家のついた物件です。空き家の状態でしたが前面道路が西向きで６ｍ程度あり広く、以前事務所として利用されていたような物件です。一部近隣の方の通路として利用されている部分もありますがこの度事業用としての利用目的でご購入頂きました。建物自体は雨漏り等もなくリフォームすれば使える状態でしたので解体せずに利用される予定です。
