大阪府高槻市辻子１丁目にて既存建物の解体工事のご依頼を頂きました。１年～２年前に一度建物解体工事の見積もりをさせて頂きました。建物内部の片付けや売買の段取りがあるのでその後しばらく時間が経過しましたが、家の中の片付けや物件売買の段取りがついたとの事で再度ご連絡を頂き、建物解体を実施する事になりました。
敷地は角地ですが敷地、建物共に大きく植栽等がたくさんある状況で建物の昔からある和風建築で屋根は瓦があります。建物は母屋と離れがあります。建物内部の動産撤去も引き受けさせていただく事が可能ですが今回はご自身でほとんど片付けられました。売買にて購入された業者が建売をするとの事ですべて撤去させて頂きました。
