上牧町上牧にて一戸建てのバルコニー部分を部屋にして欲しいとのご依頼を頂きました。お子さんが増えて部屋数が足らなくなったので増やしたいとのご意向です。
既存のバルコニー部分は中庭のようになっておりバルコニーに面した各部屋からバルコニーに出れるようになっています。
広さでみると４帖ぐらいの広さがありますがテラスがないので現在でも雨はしのげる状態ではありません。費用を抑えるため現在あるサッシは外壁用ですがそのまま利用する事にして、外壁サイディングも部屋中にはなってしまいますがそのまま利用する事にしました。雨戸は撤去し床はフローリングを張ります。新しく屋根を作成し雨樋も新設し外壁一部を作成しました。また電気配線工事もおこないコンセントと照明、エアコンも取り付けるようにしました。
