天理市岸田町にある賃貸用倉庫物件をこの度ご成約させて頂きました。私立の保育園が以前より賃貸にて倉庫を探しておられました。
現在借りているところから移設したいとの事で３園分の道具類を収納可能な倉庫を磯城郡や天理市でお探しになられてました。
この度天理市岸田町にある賃貸倉庫がありましたのでご成約いただきました。建物の坪数は約５０坪、敷地は広く複数台の車も駐車可能な物件です。賃貸人にお願いし前の駐車場部分にも仮説の物置の設置も許可頂きました。
