水が廻りやすいところで傷むケースが多いのでよくご相談を頂きます。それと同時に洗面室の床の沈むところや壁の汚れ、風呂自体もタイル張りなので冷たいとの事でした。タイルは割れも見られましたのでそこから水が入っている可能性もあるため予算をできるだけ抑えてユニットバスに交換し洗面室も床、や壁クロスも張り替えました。
