先日の台風の影響で屋根の補修のご依頼を数件頂きました。今年の台風は例年になく数が多く、また風が強いのが特徴でした。
奈良の中南和では２０年前に被害が大きかった時の台風以外はそれほど被害がないように思われます。そんな中でも今年の台風は風が強く屋根の一部やトタンが飛ばされたとの連絡を数件頂きました。風の被害は火災保険で補修が可能なので費用負担はそれほど心配はいりません。
写真は売り物件としてお預かりしている空き家の物件を所有者様から台風の被害が心配なので見てきて欲しいとの依頼を頂き調査させて頂きましたら屋根の一部が外れてました。次の台風と雨漏りの原因になりますのですぐに補修させて頂きました。
