先日より工事をしていました外壁張替え工事が完了しました。先日南側の建物を解体したので雨漏り等を心配されてました御施主様の外壁張替工事が完了しました。 
また以前は南側の建物がかなり接近していましたので人が入れない状態でした。
人が入れないので防犯対策をする必要がありませんでしたが今回、南側が開けた事により日当たりは以前と比べて比較にならない程良くなりましたが、雨風対策と防犯対策が必要になりました。
そこで外壁全体の張替工事を行い、雨の進入を防ぎ、また一部を防犯ガラスに変更し、格子や雨戸を施工しました。
また雨戸の塗装等も行いました。
