先日物件買取をおこないました奈良市百楽園２丁目にて造成工事をおこないました。不動産物件買取をさせて頂いた当初は平屋建ての家財がそのままで既存建物があり道路とフラットな部分はあるものの公共の階段に接しており一部５ｍ近くの高低差ができていました。また昔からの斜めに立ち上がる擁壁で一部に亀裂であるクラックも見受けられましたので販売するために大掛かりな造成工事をおこない新しく垂直に擁壁工事もおこないました。
宅地造成等規制法区域内でしたので図面を作成し申請から許可、工事完了後検査をおこない検査済証も発行されました。
