先日お預かりしていました大和郡山アーバンコンフォートが成約になりました。大和郡山市内にある近鉄郡山駅から徒歩３分のマンション、
大和郡山アーバンコンフォートを成約させていただきました。法人が長期間社宅として、また一時的なお客様の仮住まいとして利用していた部屋をこの度売却に出されました。マンションではあまりついていない駐車場権利のついた部屋でしたので希少性はあったと思います。
駐車場権利付きは月額の駐車代がゼロではありませんが権利を持っているぶん他よりは安いです。
