奈良県橿原市鳥屋町にて一戸建て物件を仲介させて頂きました物件でリフォーム工事をおこないました。不動産売買にて奈良県橿原市鳥屋町にある一戸建て物件をご購入頂きましたお客様からリフォームローンも含めて住宅ローンを組んでいる事もあり入居前にリフォーム工事をさせて頂きました。建物の外部は住みながらでも改装工事は可能ですが内装については一度住んでしまうと家具を移動させたりキッチンや風呂が数日使えなかったりするので空き家の状態より手間がかかるので入居前に気になるところはリフォームするのがおすすめです。
また物件購入と同時にリフォームを住宅ローンに含めますとリフォーム代金も住宅ローンと同じ条件の返済期間や金利で組む事ができます。住宅ローンを組んだ後リフォームローンを別に組む事も可能ですがその場合は返済期間は住宅ローンほど長期にならず金利も住宅ローンと同等ではありません。
今回のケースでは全体的にきれいな建物でしたが施主様のお好みとこだわりも部分のみ改装をおこないました。
