奈良県橿原市大谷町にて現況農地の物件を売買にてご成約頂きました。奈良県橿原市大谷町にある県道に面した農地です。一部畑として利用されていましたが休耕田の部分もあります。大きさは３反近くあり一人の所有者ではなく複数の方が所有されていました。当初より１反１０００㎡の農地売却のご依頼を頂いてましたがご検討いただいてた方がさらに広い土地をお求めになられましたので隣接地の方とお話しをさせて頂きご成約させて頂きました。
市街化調整区域内の農地ですが開発許可を行い造成しご自身利用の建物を建築される予定です。誠にありがとうございました。
