土地が約１４０坪あり間取は６LDKあります。前面道路幅員も約６ｍあり車は複数台駐車可能です。室内は家具が多少残っていましたが綺麗な状態でした。中古物件の中でも間取りや敷地が広く車も多く駐車可能な物件はあまりありません。
