奈良県生駒市南田原町にて現況田畑の農地物件を売買にて不動産取引させて頂きました。奈良県生駒市南田原町にある市街化調整区域内の田畑です。
所有者は関東におられ現在近所の方が無償で借りて耕作されていました。売却には出されていませんでしたがこちらの土地の購入を希望されている方からのご依頼で持ち主と連絡を取らせてい頂きました。
何度かの交渉の末売却の意思を頂きましたので価格面での調整を行い農地法の許可申請をし売買にてお取引をする事ができました。
