三重県にお住まいの方から相続した物件を売却するので建物を解体して欲しいとご依頼を頂きました。奈良県橿原市城殿町にある住宅街の１軒屋です。家財道具も残されており庭にも数多くの動産が残されていました。お見積りをさせて頂いたのは数か月前でしたが売却が決まった段階で再度ご連絡を頂き実施させて頂く事になりました。
売却が決まった段階で実施した方が解体費用を先に支払わなくても売却益で支払いが可能ですし先に更地にしてしまうと草の管理が必要になりますので売主側にはメリットがあります。ただ物件を検討される方は更地の方がイメージがつきやすいという事もありますし建物解体の見積もりも１年以上経過すると当初の見積もりより変更になる可能性もあるというデメリットもあります。
お見積りをしてから数か月の間に家財道具の撤去をある程度進めて頂きました。
