奈良県橿原市一町にて古民家風和風建築の一戸建てを賃貸にて借りられた方からピアノ教室にしたいのでリフォームして欲しいとのご依頼を頂きました。現場は平屋建ての和風建築ですが既に事務所として利用されている部屋があり建築当初よりは改装された箇所がありました。昔の和風建築は最近の建築とは違い湿式工法で塗り壁のため壁の中の見えないところに電気配線を通すという事ができず、コンセントやスイッチ類は露出配線となってしまいます。クロス仕様になっている箇所はクロスを張り替える際に配線を中に仕込ませる事が可能なのでこれからさらに使い易くする為電気工事や内装工事をおこなってまいります。
