運営しています奈良不動産物件情報のサイトに掲載している物件ですが、更新が完了しました。
毎月つき始めに行っています掲載物件の約半分の物件状況の確認を行い成約済は掲載終了にし、価格変更は表示価格の変更を行いました。
今回は約２５件程度の物件が終了いたしました。
毎月統計を取っていますが大体掲載物件の１割が成約済になります。
できるだけ掲載物件を３００件程度に持っていきたいのでこれから１ヶ月間で成約になり減った物件を補充していきます。
