なかなか寝ずに嫁さんが台所でトウモロコシの皮をむいているのを手伝いもせずに
ただ邪魔しているだけでした。当時はよく夜中に寝ぼけて寝言を言ったり、
泣いたりしていました。最近ではそれもなくなり寝起きにぐずることもないです。
しかし最近の子供って手足が長いな～
今日は小学校２年の参観日で生まれた時の話を発表していましたが、
生まれた時の写真も発表され、あっと言う間に成長したなと実感しました。

話は変わり、みなさんは家を建てようと思うと何造で建てるでしょうか。
木造や鉄骨造、コンクリート造、昔はコンクリートブロック造というのもありました。
最近では大きく木造か鉄骨造に大別されると思います。
内閣府が１９８９年から実施している世論調査で住宅を建築する場合は木造を
選択するかという質問がありました。最近の調査は２０１１年１２月時点に行われ
今月１６日発表されました。
全国２０歳以上の男女３０００人の調査によりますと家を建てるのに木造以外、
つまり鉄骨造や鉄筋コンクリート造を選択すると答えた人が全体の１５．４％
になり、やっぱり木造！と答えた人が８０．７％になったらしいです。
前回の調査は２００７年に行われ、以前と比較すると木造を選んだ人は２．４％
下落しているらしいです。しかし意外にも木造志向は強いのですね。
これは２０１１年１２月の調査結果なので震災後でも依然として木造志向が強い
調査結果となりました。
木造住宅の中でも工法別では、在来工法が全体の５６％で調査開始以来
最低となり２×４工法やSE工法などの在来工法以外の工法を選ぶ人が２４％と
過去最高になったようです。たしかに在来工法とそうではない工法を比べると
昔と比べていろいろな工法が出ていますので選択肢が増えて在来工法が
過去最低になるのはわかるような気がします。
木造より鉄骨造の方が強いというイメージがありますが耐震等級をとる場合は
木造だから低く鉄骨造だから高いという基準ではありません。あくまで
建て方できまるので材質により耐震等級で差がある訳ではありません。
