中古物件をご購入されましたお客様から雨漏り補修のご依頼を頂きました。 
雨漏りはご理解の上ご購入されたようでしたのですぐに現地確認をさせて頂きました。軒の一部から外壁に亀裂が入っていましたのでその辺が原因だろうとすぐにわかりました。
上の２枚の写真は部屋内部ですが雨シミがありましたのでクロス、ボードを剥がしたところです。現在は止まっている雨漏りもありますがこちらは現在進行形のようで濡れたままの状態になっています。
このまま放置しておくと濡れた状態で乾く事がなくなり、次第に腐食が進みカビが発生する可能性もあります。またコンセントも近いので漏電の可能性も考えられますので早急に対応が必要です。
