西池尻町でも畝傍山に近いところにあり、橿原神宮西口駅より徒歩２分と
駅からは近い立地になります。

土地の形状は３角形で車の駐車がちょっとしにくいですが、南向きで
日当たりは良いと思います。

ですので物件近辺の家はみな大きな敷地にゆったりとした住宅が立ち並んでいます。
最寄りの橿原神宮西口駅より高低差でいうと高い位置にありますので、
駅から歩く際には登り坂を上って行くような形になります。
