自宅建物の建て替えにより仮事務所用の賃貸物件ご成約を頂きました。現在の事務所を解体し、自宅兼事務所を建築するために一時的に事務所を移転しないといけないお客様からのご依頼でこの度ハイツをご成約頂きました。
ハイツは本来賃貸住宅として募集していますので事務所としての使用とまた期間限定の賃貸でしたのでその点も踏まえて持ち主に許可が必要になり、なかなか該当するところがありませんでした。
