１０年以上前に土地を購入頂き住宅を新築させて頂きましたお客様から補修の依頼を頂きました。以前からトイレの下部が水漏れしているような気がするとのご連絡を頂き確認させて頂きましたが結露の可能性があるため引き続き様子を見ていただくようにお願いしました。他の不具合を伺いましたところリビングに入る引き戸が勢いよく閉まるとの事でしたのでこちらはソフトクローザーのヘタリでしたので数千円で交換させて頂きました。
