橿原市十市町にて現在空き家の雨漏り補修工事をさせて頂きました。屋根瓦からつたった雨が写真の銅版に流れ込みます。こちらの部分が雨の酸で腐食し穴があくのが雨漏りの原因の一つとなっています。屋根形状が複雑なものほどこの部分の多く腐食すると交換が必要になります。今回のケースでも腐食がみられたので交換工事を行いました。また瓦のズレや割れを補修し雨漏りの原因となる箇所を全て補修しました。
空き家なので雨漏りを放置しておくと建物の傷みが早くなってしまいます。
