奈良市内にある昭和日本建築の一戸建ての外壁を補修させて頂きました。奈良市内にある和風日本建築の一戸建て建物で築は相当年数経過しています。当時の日本建築は外壁には漆喰や杉板を施工するのが主流でした。こちらも杉板が施工されていますが築年月が経過するにつれて雨風で杉板が腐食してきます。写真のような箇所では横からの雨風が当たりますので窓付近から雨水が浸入してきます。
杉板を張り替えると木材なので耐久性に問題があり費用もかかりますので木目調のトタンにすると費用も抑えられます。
