奈良県吉野郡大淀町下渕にて元旅館、一戸建て物件の一部解体工事をおこないました。
下市口駅徒歩２分の立地にある以前から売却にだしていた物件ですがこの度建物の一部解体工事のご依頼を頂きました。
敷地内に建物は増築を重ねて複数建てられておりお互いが繋がっていましたがうまく解体可能な場所を探して実施しました。土間の一部は今後の使用状況により残しました。
状況により敷地内の一部建物を解体する事は可能ですが解体する箇所により残りの建物を残すために修繕工事が必要な場合もあります。
