奈良県磯城郡田原本町南町にて古家建物の解体工事のお手伝いをさせて頂きました。近鉄橿原線田原本駅徒歩圏にある古家木造住宅です。すでに空き家になってかなりの年数が経過しています。昔によくある日本建築で２階は部屋ではありませんが物置にできるようになっています。写真ではわかりずらいですが、すでに建物内部は雨漏りが進行し朽ちている部分もあり大きい中庭は庭木が大きな樹になっているものもあります。内部は家財道具がそのままの状況ですが雨漏りのため常に濡れている場所もあり分別が難しい状況です。建物自体は隣と接触している部分もありますので隣の建物所有者の同意を得て解体後補修します。
