奈良県吉野郡大淀町下渕にて土地を不動産売買にてご成約頂きました。以前より元旅館の古家付土地物件を売却にだしていました。
隣接地の方が物件の一部のみのご購入を検討されましたので売主と交渉をおこない敷地の一部を分筆して引き渡す事になり不動産仲介にてお取引させて頂きました。
既存建物は旅館の他に住宅部分や倉庫・庭等がありまた敷地内で段差がある部分もありました。現地にて建物がほぼ一体となっていましたが切りやすいところを探して敷地内の高低差も考えながら解体させて頂きました。
さらに全体の測量をおこない引き渡す部分の土地分割をおこない整地の上お引渡しさせて頂きました。
