奈良県磯城郡田原本町阪手にて個別浄化槽入れ替え工事をさせていただきました。
建物が建って４０年になる所有者様からご連絡を頂き建築当初からある個別浄化槽が老朽化してきたので入れ替えて欲しいとのご依頼を頂きました。
浄化槽の蓋は金属製ですがすでに腐食が進みところどころに穴が開いており雨水の進入が見受けられます。また浄化槽にはブロアと言われる浄化槽内に空気を送り込んで中のバクテリアを活性化させるもの、魚を飼っている水槽によくみられるいわゆるブクブクといわれる設備がありますがこちらは機能していないように見られます。個別浄化槽は一定の時期に点検が必要ですが点検がされていないように思われます。また定期的に汲み取りが必要ですが汲み取りをされていない浄化槽もあり臭いもでます。こちらの浄化槽も汚水などが浄化槽を通過してほぼそのまま放流されているように見られます。
工事ではまず浄化槽内を汲み取りにて空にした後周囲を掘削して古い浄化槽を撤去し新しい浄化槽を設置します。
その後コンクリートで覆います。浄化槽を設置する場合は一部費用の補助が行政から出る場合があります。また浄化槽は５人槽や７人槽など大きさがありますが住んでいる人数ではなく使用する建物の大きさで浄化槽の大きさが決まります。
