内部の確認をさせて頂き、かなり傷んでいる状況ではありませんでしたが築年数相応の劣化が見られましたので全体的な改装が必要な状況でした。通常にリフォーム代を見積もりますとご予算がオーバーしましたので施主様と打ち合わせの結果比較的綺麗な個所はそのままにしたり、見た目にはあまり変わらないもので価格が安くなるものに変更したりして再度見積もりをやり直しました。賃貸に出すのであまりリフォーム代を掛けると採算が合わなくなってしまいますので工夫できるところは工夫し価格を抑える事がで実施する事ができました。
