東南角地の物件で南北に長い敷地形状ですが南側は道路との高低差があり現況では南側からの進入が不可の物件です。古家は倉庫として身内が使用しておりましたがこの度売却益を自宅の建て替えに使うため売り出しを決められました。道路とフラットの部分は東側道路の一部のみです。建物は次の使用が難しいので建て替え用地として売り出しておりましたがこの度購入者が決まりご成約となりました。
