以前の話ですが奈良県御所市柏原にて一戸建て物件を売りに出しておりました。JR和歌山線掖上駅徒歩１分の立地の３３０坪の敷地に建っているセキスイハイムで建てられた平成１２年築の軽量鉄骨造の一戸建てです。現況空き家でしたが倉庫もあり、またかなり古い木造平屋建ても残されておりました。敷地内では畑もあり家庭菜園もできる物件ですが市街化調整区域内にて農家住宅の申請により建てられた物件でしたので建て替えや住宅ローンが難しい物件でした。
この度他府県の方が土地の広さと駅からの近さ、家庭菜園もできる広い敷地を気に入って頂きました。倉庫も利用用途があるとの事でお選び頂きご成約させて頂きました。
