近鉄橿原線橿原神宮前駅徒歩圏にある分譲地の１区画です。建築条件の外された土地で購入された方は自分で選ばれた建築業者で建築可能な土地です。石川町は橿原神宮前駅から近く徒歩圏内なので人気のエリアの一つです。今回の分譲地は奥の区画は建売となっており土地売りもあんまり出ません。学校は畝傍東小学校、畝傍中学校区内です。道路は西側にあります。ハウスメーカーよりご紹介頂きご成約させて頂きました。
