奈良県香芝市上中にあるマンション、関屋あしびハイツを売買にてご成約頂きました。近鉄大阪線関屋駅徒歩１５分にある昭和５１年築の４階建てマンション関屋あしびハイツにてこの度売買でご成約頂きました。
４階建てのマンションですがエレベーターがありません。オートロック等もなく築４４年経過しています。各棟は十分なスペースを開けてますので南側バルコニーの日当たりを遮るものはありません。
マンションの場合は共用部分のスペースが多い時や駐車場が立体になっていたりエレベーターが複数機ある、管理人が常駐している場合などは便利ですがその分管理に費用がかかりますので管理費が高くなる傾向にあります。関屋あしびハイツでは駐車場は平面で立体ではなくエレベーターもないので管理費が安く抑えられています。
エレベーター付きのマンションの場合は上層階の価格が上がる傾向にありますが関屋あしびハイツは階段なので低階層の部屋の方が上層階よりも高くなる傾向にあります。
この度資産処分にて売却に出していましたがお近くの方にお求め頂きご成約させていただきました。
